Block diagram for air drying consists of 2 absorbers: one of them is on the stage of drying, the other one – on the stage of regeneration. In accordance with aqueous vapors of clinoptilolite absorption properties depend on maximum volume of absorption space referring to the unit of mass or to the volume of adsorbent and for the values of zeolite up to 90% - maximum absorbing capacity can be equal to 0,13 g/g aqueous vapors.

The size of the zeolite granules shouldn’t exceed 5-10 mm
The dimensions of absorbers: diameter - 2m
height of the adsorbed bed - 6m
pressure of the stage of drying – 4 Mpa
point of the air from absorber – (-60)
temperature in the bed for drying – 25-30°
After the registration of the moisture over swing absorber is shifted to the stage of regeneration by blowing of not air (250-280° C) under the pressure of 6 Mpa.
Working cycle should include zeolite cooling by dried air.
N O T E: During the drying of air the gas, for example CO2 can be simultaneously eliminated formed during the respiration of various seeds while storing them.
