Application of the "SCENAR", "STABILAN 02" and "Nova Pro" Machines In The Sports Medicine

According to the agreement between the Olympic Committee of the Armenian Republic and the Health Rehabilitation Center "R. & P. SCENAR" in 17.06.06 y. a group of top athletes came to us. Among them were the members of the National Olympic Youth Team of Greco-Roman wrestling; Babayan Edgar, Julfalakyan Arsen, Julfalakyan Aram, Shahinyan Arthur and also Bakhtamyan Norayr, who was a shot rewarded with silver prize in Greece. All the athletes applied to us after the national training. They had the following complaints; post-traumatic pains in joints, muscles, in the back, sense of weakness, quick weariness and fatigue. Norayr Bakhtamyan had also tremor in the hands and acute pains in the neck. According to the diagnosis of the "Rista" machine (by the method of Nakatani) all the athletes had their physiological norm (FA) reduced. Practically all the athletes had asymmetries, expressed neurology in the intercostal nerves, bursitis, plexitis in different locations. All the athletes went through the following course of treatment: ten days' of Scenar therapy, a course of rehabilitation and development training equipments, also dynamometer on the stabilography and 10 sessions on the "Nova Pro" machine. After the next investigation by the "Rista" machine we observed that the asymmetries were increasingly reduced, even missing in some meridians, the physiological norm (FA) was heightened. According to the stabilographic data in the case of all the athletes the Quality of Balance Functioning (QBF) was increased by 20-25%, reaction of coordination, reaction of movements were heightened by 25-30%, the tactical thinking was improved and psychological stability was obtained. From the subjective point of view they had no more complaints. After the course of treatment the athletes took part in the European and the World Championship of Greco-Roman wrestling winning 2 silver and 3 bronze prizes. As a result of the above-mentioned facts we came to the conclusion that the combined application of the "SCENAR", "Stabilographa" and "Nova-Pro" machines increase the functional capacities of the athletes by 25-30 %.
