The method of the correction of asynclitism is in the following: for the correction of asynclitic presentation and fitting of the head of the fetus 4 consequent methods are used: vacuum extractor is put on fetus head, tightening (pressing) from the entry to the small pelvis (during fixation), fixation of the head between the exterior hand and the cap of the vacuum extractor typing to bring the arrow-like suture to the central position under the influence of the cap on the head in touching direction, periodical bending and straightening of the mother’s limbs in Cox femoral vessel and in the loin which allows us to change the slope angle of the pelvis and fixation of the head centrally.
