Blood transfusion is the most serious intervention when very often serve (heavy) post-transfusion complications, even fatal outcome occur. Much time is spent on performance of requested blood samples before starting transfusion. However, there are the cases when during massive loss of blood (haemorrhage) the patients are deliveries to the hospital in such state.
It takes much time to prepare appropriate blood.
The objective of the given proposal is a maximum reduction of the time requested for starting blood transfusion for urgent cases.
Taking into account the fact that there aren’t any antigens A and B in erythrocytes and no antibodies Land B in blood plasma AB (IV) iso-serological choice of donors is performed. The blood of the group IV is centrifuged by separating plasma. Then Rh-negative blood of the first group is taken separating plasma in the same way. The chosen blood plasma of the fourth group is added to the rest elements in equal proportion. Antigens A,B, antibodies L, B and Rhesus factor are lack in such kind of blood, it has no grouping. It can be transfused to all recipients, without definition of their group and Rhesus, in the last results it is necessary to take into consideration that the people with Rh-negative blood. H-factor is positive, let alone other minor factors, due to which post-transfusion complications can also be taken place, but very seldom and weaker. However, if the recipient’s organism is not sensibilized by previous transfusions, the complications won’t occur. It can be revealed anamnestically and the complications will be prevented.
It is available to use constant donors, who are specifically chosen during the preparation of such blood in order to avoid errors.
