Method for the Removal of the Bartholinite Hand Cyst

During the occlusion of the excretory duct of the batholinite gland the developing secretion is concentrated and the bartholinite gland cyst is formed, causing severe pains.
The main method is a surgical treatment of this pathology, when the cyst is shelled out. However, the shelling of the cyst is difficult, as its bounds are not distinct it is sometimes impossible to shell out fully and very often it is busted.
For the easement of the operation of batholinite gland cyst shelling the given method is offered which is implemented by using the properties of some substances, for example, sun sole which consist of the liquid constituents during the mixture they are solidified and the substance is formed, the density of which depends on the proportion of the constituents and is subjected to the regulation (control).The method of application.
After the appropriate debridement and anesthesia the cyst is perforated by the needle with the syringe, the content is pumped off and the liquid ingredients of the mentioned substance are separately injected into the empty cyst cavity of the given proportion to obtain the requested density. In a short period of time the injected substance is solidified and the ball of the tense – elastic consistence is formed in batholinite gland cyst. Then the cyst is shelled out by the common surgical way.
Due to such method the extraction of the batholinite gland cyst becomes of the easier, because its bounds are distinct the danger of the cyst bursting is lack, and the dense consistence causes its dislodge and the easiest shelling.
