Hem transfusion (blood transfusion) being a valuable therapeutic agent has a number of deficiencies: post transfusion complications, anaphylactic shock; transfused homogeneous blood is gone outside from organism earlier than the proper one. Homogeneous blood proteins being xenogeny can’t fully substitute all functions of the blood recipient.
Indications for the application of the given method are the following: some types of anemia, hypotonic, in urgent operations, labor, particularly, in cesarean section, where loss of blood is expected and so on.
The treatment by suggested method consists of two stages:
1. During the certain period of time periodically the blood is taken from the patient by the portions which are assumed for his given state. After taking the new portion of blood all the blood is injected to the patient each time, which was taken in previous time. So the taken blood is as if it has been “refreshed”.
2. The blood which was concentrated by repeated portion is injected instantly if requested.
The method of application, the certain amount of the blood is taken not injuring the health and preserved (for example, 100ml). In certain period of time, for example 25 days the taken amount of blood is regenerated, then the second portion of blood is taken from the patient, for example also 100 ml. The first portion of the blood is injected and immediately the same quantity (100 ml) is taken so that the first portion is as if it was “refreshed” and altogether 200 ml is obtained. And s certain period later, the second portion (200 ml) is injected in such way and the third portion is taken, for example, 300 ml and so on. So, the requested quantity of the blood can be obtained for therapeutic effect.
When the requested quantity of the blood is obtained 20-25 days later after taking the last portion, all the blood is injected instantly. Thus periodically “refreshing” the blood can be kept limitless.
Application of this method will contribute to the solution of the problem of donation to a certain extent.
