Apparatus has series of deficiencies for their elimination the following is proposed:
1. Due to relay installations for the condition threatening the rupture of cellophane film, it is operated, the pump is turned off along the blood beforehand the rupture of cellophane film is eliminated and the signalization is turned on.
2. . Special regimen for the suction and pumping of the patient’s blood is offered by fisting. Mechanism due to which in comparison with the suction the pumping of the blood into the vessel occurs more quickly, during the same time the suction of the catheter to the vessel walls is reduced and the performance is increased
3. In the pump along the blood hydro piston is made of two-walled closed shape with shunting lateral hole for controlling the performance by which the penetration of the air bubbles into the system is eliminated.
4. The valve of the pump along the blood is open and closed not by the effect of the force for the back current of the blood but due to external operation of the mechanism which is acted in synchronism with the piston and the destruction of crythrocytes is minimized.
5. In dialyses the blood is provided for each pair of dialyzing plates separately with switches due to which during the rupture of the cellophane only the pair of the plates is turned off where the rupture was taken place, not interrupting hem dialysis and promoting continuous operation of the apparatus.
6. The dailies is made not of acrylic plastic but for example, of polyethylene, which allows is to reduce its dimensions weight prime cost of the dialyses, to increase its service life and to reduce the duration of the assembly.
7. Rotоmeter is two-walled, according to which its capacity is increased the chance is reduced for the appearance of the air in the blood bed. There is an accessory in rotometer which simplifies the injection of the medicinal substances into the blood bed and maximum sterilized conditions are created.
