Original wind and energetic device of various design was developed in many countries of the world, specifically in USA, Germany, Sweden, Holland, the Former USSR, France: propeller shaped, blade WED, WED with direct effect (impact) of air flow on turbine aero turbine generator, WED with combined functions and others.
However, today the development of WED is still actually.
The project of WED with combined functions is proposed (patent of RA N634): the characteristic feature of which is a provision of controtoriet by kinematics relation between rotor and stator. Another feature of WED is a stator suspension.
In comparison with the known device the efficiency is increased; the design is simplified; the level of low frequent constituent is greatly reduced in noise spectrum and ecological balance of the environment is provided according to the proposed WED.
