SPACE PRECAST –MONOLITHIC FRAME FROM CROSSED REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAMING OF THE IMPROVED STRUCTURES

A great experience has been gained for space precast monolithic frame consisting of crossed overlapping) framing during the construction of multi-storied and low-storied buildings in Armenia (more than 500 buildings) and in many countries of the CIS. Experimental tests have also been performed, including the following:
- behavior of columns of built –up section for axial and eccentric compression;
- the definition of the homogeneity of concrete durability along the height and depth of the section
- behavior of the looped clips of columns during the tension :
- behavior of precast monolithic columns with frequent space of looped clips (the effect of indirect reinforcement};
- the strength and rigidity of the braced frame of the framework ;
- behavior of two-fragments of the framework of the framework of full sizes during vertical and horizontal static and dynamic loadings;
- dynamic tests of 10- and 14- storied buildings;
- registration of the consequences of the erection and service loading of the multi-storied building
During the last years the buildings with design seism city of a= 0,4 g have been erected by using the frame of the improved structures which provides the passage of diaphragm of rigidity through the collar-beams and columns.
Specifically, four 14-storied residential buildings have been erected by the author of the various Projects organizations, if there are appropriate “Manuals” on design and “Instructions” on construction. And the required quality of the construction will be provided.
A lot of work has been done relating to the above-mentioned documents and their issue is possible in short period of time.
Five certificates of authorship and one patent of the RA have been got for invention.
