The device is applied for the manufacturing of the products made of concrete mixtures, being reinforced by fiber glasses, basalt fiber, including retained (permanent) forms during the erection of cast-in-situ concrete and reinforced-concrete buildings and constructions.
The objective of the invention is to provide manufacturing of products anchorage projection (overhanging shoulders). The device is supplied by grooved roll with disk blades fixed on other side of the grooves rolls which is implemented with ring grooves, but the spiral conveyers of the smoothing device are of the variable height, moreover, the axes of each shortening screw conveyer, disk blade and ring groove are fixed at the same horizontal axis.
The device was patented in 14 countries, specifically, in the USA, Japan and others.
