FRAMED EN-BLOCK PRECAST AND MONOLITHIK CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEM FOR THE ERECTION OF SEISMIC RESISTANT RESIDENTAL AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS OF VARIOUS NUMBERS OF STOREYS

Framed en-block constructive system of seismic resistant of the building was developed, consisting of 2 varieties of wall.
Elements – multicolor large block and two-branch chord element. Due to the repetition and absolute minimum of standard sizes, their serial production is possible at one of the enterprises not operating now or at the Reinforced Concrete-Mixing Plat (RCMP).
The high seismic resistance of buildings is provided by spread monolithic vertical joints between the blocks and continuous recast- monolithic belt braces along their height.
There are decorative layers on facades of external walls implemented as masonry where their thermal- reflection qualities are provided by the thick-ness variation, proceeding from concrete climatic condition.
The limitation by a single type of the large block is obtained according to the variation of the width of monolithic areas of conjugation between them.
The accordance with the proposed system the construction of buildings with various number of floors –from a single-to16-, 14-, and12-stores is possible correspondingly at the 1-th, 2-th,and 3-th seismic zones.
The patent NO. 996 (04.11.2000) has been got for invention.
Detail working plans were developed for recast elements and joints of their conjugations structural analysis of buildings of various heights were performed on seismic effects, a number of variants of typical residential buildings were developed.
The possibilities of using effective technologies for the plant production of the products were investigated. The development of Instructions on design and construction frame en-block seismic- resistant residential and public building is completed.
