The development is applied to the mechanisms (regulators) of the unstepped gears transmission and it can be used, for example, in automobile transport.
Non-gradation and automatic action of the device are based on use of hydroscopic effect due to the impact of the impressed forces on hydroscope, when the axis of rotation changes its direction in space, but the axis is divided not by affect of the applied force but under right angle to this direction. Particular feature of the given gear box consists in the following: hydroscope angular velocity both about its axis and disks axis 5 and 4 in increased and reduced depending on the loading value of the driven shaft 2. Let’s assume that the force arresting the rotation is influenced on the shaft 2 then the rotation velocity is reached to maximum. Rotating around the disks 4 and 4 axis, hydroscope (flywheel) 6 periodically changes the direction of its rotation to up to 2 times per revolution in relation the shaft 1, thus, when the shaft 2 is on the shaft equally compensating each other from hydroscopic effect. As the broken force on the shaft 2 is reduced, hydroscopic force in the direction of the shaft 1 rotation is spent on rotation in the same direction of the shaft 2. Besides, due to the transmission of its energy to the shaft 2, angular velocity of the hydroscope is reduced.
On opposite phase reverse hydroscopic force appears, tending to slow down the shaft rotation2, but shaft rotation 2 slowing is promoted by increscent of the hydroscope rotation velocity. As all hydroscopic system is rotated in the direction of the shaft 2 rotation, torsional moment on the shaft 2 will be geater Mv > Mrev. In the direction of the shaft 1 rotation. When hydroscope mass and its velocity rotation are choice property we’ll get MxX Wx = const.
Such gear box allows us to eliminate structural difficulties of the traditional stopped regulators and the driver is free of the regulator control. Joint patenting of the development in abroad or joint production and commercializing is proposed for collaboration.
