The proposal is regarding pump engineering, namely to the volume pumps with heat drive. Such kind of the pump performs a very important role - water lift from the well without use of the electric motor by the environmental heat, which is very important for the conditions where the electricity is lost (deserts, forests, etc). Moreover, simplicity and reliability of the design allows us to automatize its work free of the operating staff.
Here the principal diagram for the heat supply is described, which can be simplified and improved.
The volume pump consists of the working element with 2 hellows 1 and 2 made of the material having effective heat mechanical memory. Hellows 1 and 2 are fixed concentrically by formation of the air-tight space between each other and joining up to the pipe-line 4 and heat carrier circulation system.
Pipeline 4 of the heat-carrier circulation system is close by the ends on the trans-hello space 3, and circulation system to provide with heat generator 5 and locking element 6 with operating device, being consequently installed in the pipe-line 4. Moreover the pipe-line 4 between transhellow space 3 and heat generator 5 and not less than the internal space of the heat generator 5 are filled with capillary-porous material 7. During the hellows 1 and 2 reduction the liquid is injected through the delivery valve 13 and the channel 10. Besides during the injection, bowl storage 8 is filled and by loading it is fallen by closing the lock element 6 through the lever. Then the reception of the heat thermal carrier is stopped from generator 5 to the space3 and under the environmental effect the hellows 1 and 2 are cooled lower that the temperature of the martensite changes. In addition the hellows 1 and 2 take the long shape step by step, filled with material of the “Thermal memory form”. Joint production and realization of the pumps is proposed for collaboration.
