Machine is for obtaining of the glue material-duplirne..
Duplirine is used for tailoring industry for duplicating of the clothes elements.
By this machine duplirine can be obtained by ‘Drop” method for any running board, flizizne, quaze, printed cotton and other materials.
Fine-dispersive polymer is powder composition is used as a glue adhesion.

Description of the Machine
Machine is multifunctional. It contains a number of technological assemblies performing various operations which are controlled by general electronic circuit. All machine details are accumulated on the frame 1. There is a receiver 2 in the lower part of the frame 1 for the air compression.
Air block ‘filter-reductor “ is located on the lateral panel of the frame 1. Bin feeder 4 is above the forming tables 5, Through pneuamatic cable 6 disperisive powerder is injected into the nozzle 7.
Material – blacking roll is fixed on the shelf 8 with pressing tension unit 9. there is an iron 10 on the table 9, finished material-product is reeled up on the shaft 11 through the thrust point 12. Control block 13 is located on the upper part of the frame panel.
Electronic circuit 14 and actuating mechanisms 15 are in the middle frame block 1
