The tool was invented (c.a. N1215985) and produced for increscent of the effectiveness during for increment of the effectiveness during fixation of the metal antenna 9 screen to the frame. Before this operation was performed by flat pillars and its productivity was increased for more than 8 times. Though the tool was used for wire twisting, but it was also successfully applied for molded pieces, particularly for details with round shape which is explained by the great compressive strength of the toll eliminating sliding.
It can be used for any installation works regarding thread pieces. Series production of this instrument and its realization appeared to be very profitable. Twisting tool consists of the body 1, spindle with two-jaw chuck, body pusher 4 and spindle 2 rotation mechanisms 5. The tool is provided with handle 6 and hydraulic cylinder 7.
The body 8 of the hydraulic cylinder 7 is strictly connected to the handle 6. Spindle 2 cavities 10 is filled with working medium and joined with hydraulic motor 7 cavity 12 by the whole 11. The body pusher 4 is attached to the adjusting screw 14 through opposing spring 13.
Principle of the operation is based on its design.
