The development is referred to the transport engineering, namely to structural design for door glass displacement of the transport facilities both with hand and electromechanical drives. It has a certificate of authorship N 1141025.
Objective of the proposal – simplification, low prices of the structure, increscent of the reliability. As a load bearing element the drives are applied for the device which are made of the alloy with thermo mechanical memory from attached to the electric heaters through push-button switches
During bending the drives develop the force together with heat-mechanical memory from which is enough for the door glass displacement of the transport without structural difficulties. Unlike known ones they are cheaper, approximately in several times. Their commercial prospects are obvious. Sooner or later they will be used in practice with more economical profits. That is why some details are requested for thermal treatment of such drives. It can be stressed that each drive element is heated up to higher temperature of the marten site transformation and elongated shape is accepted being filled up with material of the thermal memory from during its heat treatment when the element is located in the long press and heated up, example, to the temperature higher 600C..
Principle of the operation is shown in figures 3,4,5,6.
Joint patenting of the development in abroad is proposed for collaboration.
