Autonomous multi channeled stationary system of instrumental observations of seismic stability of plan earth dams and the methods of its utilization are fare seen for estimating the strength and stability of plain earth dams under seismic influence utilizing the system on the basis of the received material. You can safety and efficiently plan restorative – constructive works of the latten, warning the min of the dams.
The utilized scheme of the system is shown below.
- ОСП-2M for measuring acceleration (16 pieces)
- C-069 for measuring speed (16 pieces)
- C-062 for measuring acceleration in the whole (3 pieces) are used as seismometers.
The parameters of vibration are generally estimated in the points of the plain earth dams.
The vertical and horizontal components (perpendicular to the axis of the dam) of the acceleration and speed of the vibration of the dam are estimated in seven points (in each point separately). Three-compounded whole accelerometers are fixed in different depths of the hole.
