In world practice monolithic girder floors with span more than 6 m are manufactured by prestressed reinforced concrete. Moreover there is a tendency to significant growth of such structures. The reinforcement is used in these structures together with concrete adhesion and free of it (in plastic pipes). The use of tensioning reinforcement free of adhesion is the most effective one due to the fact, that rigidly and crack-resistance is determinant conditions for designing.
There is a chance to reduce the consumption of the metal by 2-3 times in accordance with the given technology and the use of free area of the building is possible during the design. It is necessary to organize the production of reinforcing ropes (strands) together with pipes and anchors.
The weight of semi-automatic hydraulic jack is 18 kg, the tensioning of reinforcement is provided for any length and the tensioning wastes are fully eliminated.
The certificate of authorship (No 444868) has been got for hydraulic jack.
