1. It is applied to the field of thermal engine building, particularly to the engines for which both traditional fuel (petroleum, gasoline, fuel oil, etc) and low temperature heat sources of the environment (solar radiation, thermal waters and so on) are used to obtain mechanized energy . In comparison with well-known existing engines for the first time in the world practice a liquid (for example, water) is used instead of gas as working medium for the new one.

Because of great thermal conductivity, specific heat, liquid specific gravity the higher efficiency and specific power are provided by liquid. The engine is free of the complex system of the valve gear and seal 9packing) requested to provide a quantity constancy of the working medium for a long time.

For example, the pressure of the working body is reached to P=50-70 kg/sm2 during the use of hydrogen or helium.

In comparison with alternative elaborations the pointed advantages of the given engine are the result of the principle structural innovations which give us an opportunity to 'avoid» low coefficient of the liquid thermal expansion and to obtain serviceable engine regardless of the coefficient value of thermal expansion which can severely increase the effectiveness of the process for convertion of thermal energy into mechanical one. In modern power engineering it is a problem N01. Neither by its dimensions nor by its developing capacity has the engine had no limits.

Besides, in comparison with existing gas engines its rotation velocity is reduced approximately for several dozen times due to the quantity of the working medium during the performance of the single running cycle which in its turn is the advantage of the mechanical engine.

At present the designs of the thermal engine is at the stage of patent, drawings and analysis proving the necessity of the commitment of works for the creation of the working samples.

The idea of design and structural decision is approved by many Armenian and Foreign departments, certain experts.

The use of the alloys having the property of the heat mechanical memory from, for example, nitonal, where nickel is 54% and the rest of them – titanium, enable to design engines according to their principle of operation and kinematical communication. The main advantage is simplicity of their manufacturing and service due to the lack of the changing working volumes. It is obvious that this condition causes the obstruction for the engine efficiency growth, but its simple design and operate reliability are the compensation for the operation of other engines in adverse conditions. But the main feature of these engines is their ability to use environment heat which is the urgent engineering task.

For principal capability of the large torque development by many experiments below described engines have to be exposed to the test in order to reveal the methods for their efficiency increscent. Here 2 elaborations of the heat engines are given. The method for increscent of the contact surfaces of the heat exchanger with engine is lack in these structures.

Pointed above objectives are obtained by the following: in the heat engine consisting of the working elements with thermo mechanical memory, pressed to hot and cold arc contacts of the heat exchange and connected with power take-off shaft working elements are made of as thermal tubes which are filled with capillary material impregnated by liquid feat-transfer agent placed relatively to each other along the elements at the obtuse angle with rotation ability about their axes. Heat-mechanical memory of the working elements is expressed by their maximum bending when located inside of the obtuse angle between the elements and by the maximum bending when being outside of this angle.

Besides, hot and cold contacts are respectively combined with hot and cold heat-exchangers which are additionally installed by thermal tubes.

Joint production for the delivery of the finished products is proposed for collaboration.

3. Day after day there is a great need for mechanical, electric energy. The most modulated devices are requested for convention of the heat energy into mechanical and electric one. Engineering brains all over the world are in search of the efficiency increscent (even for the share of %), design simplification, expansion of the fuel assortment and also the creation of the ecologically pure engine.

Load –bearing elements made of the above-mentioned materials provide the change of the working volumes without using of the most complex cylinder and piston pair. The losses of the working heat pressure are fully eliminated, except the capability to organize the processes which are very close to the Carnot cycle, additional powers can also be obtained by the development of the memory form effects. In accordance with data about alloys thermal and mechanical properties of the memory are not lost during their manufacturing and their shapes can be changed for dozen milliards times due to the lack of lubricants and in comparison with known engines of the cylinder and piston type: its service life, reliability and also specific power are increased.

For the first time in the world practice bellows of the nitonal alloys are used for the thermal engine which are used for changing of the working volumes and mechanical energy is used for then. The body 2 is performed as eccentrically bearing cylinder 14 shaft 3. The bellow 1 is made of the alloy having heat and mechanical memory form, one its end is fixed on the body, and the other one is attached to the shaft. The bellows are filled with thermal and sensitive working medium – hydrogen 4 and they are uniformly located in circle between the shaft and cylinder being radically relative to the last. The distributor is performed like a valve drum 19 attached to the shaft with separate input and output channels removed beyond the end face and integrated into p-shaped bellows tubes 5 and the spring – loaded collector disk 21. The latter has two pairs of the arc separated and collected grooves 24, 25, 26 and 27 being located in the opposite direction of the end respectively for their alternative communication with channels 22 and 23. The arc angle of each groove is less of the grooves is located along the disk concentric circles and communicated by through channels 28, 29, 30 and 31 performed in disk with falling and reverses liners of the heating and cooling sources. By heating higher of the critical point the bellow is lengthened and rotating forces are created on the shaft. As a result deformation of the lower bellow occurs. The upper and lower bellows are supplied with hot and cool heat-transfer agents when turning angles of the valves less than 1800. Besides, isothermal expansion and compression of the working medium occur with following adiabatic compression or expansion of the corresponding bellows.
